Sold by Highgrove Stud for $275,000 at the 2020 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale, Capital Miss is a half-sister to Gr3 winner Global Quest (More Than Ready) and both are out of group-placed winner Global Dream (Fastnet Rock-Valadon, by Woodman) who is herself a half-sister to Gr2 winner Noire (Foxwedge) and stakes placed winners Valoura (Exceed and Excel) and Maraatib (Redoute's Choice). Gr1 Golden Slipper winner Capitalist has started his stud career in excellent form with Gr1 Captivant (ex Speedboat, by Commands), Gr3 winner Kalashnikov (ex Rough Ride, by Flying Spur), two other stakes winners and seven stakes-placed horses from his first crop.
