    Thursday, 11th February 2021

Tomorrow's Moonee Valley racemeeting will host a group of well-bred 2YOs in race 2, the Quest 2YO Plate over 1000m, including Gimmie Par (Not a Single Doubt-Naturale, by Bel Esprit) who is a half-sister to Gr1 winner Ole Kirk (Written Tycoon). Both are out of an unraced full sister to unbeaten Champion racemare Black Caviar (Bel Esprit-Helsinge, by Desert Sun). A daughter of Gr3 SAJC Breeders Stakes winner, Tinge (Shamardal-Colour, by More than Ready) is one of the more experienced horses in the field having had one outing, in the Gr3 Gimcrack Stakes, while Tycoon Humma (Capitalist-Humma Mumma, by Bel Esprit) is a half-sister to Gr3 winner Humma Humma (Denman). The other runner of note in this field is Flying Evelyn (Not a Single Doubt-Champagne Run, by More Than Ready), who was sold by Arrowfield Stud for $500,000 to John Sadler Racing at the 2020 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale. Flying Evelyn is a half-sister to Gr3 placed winner Cristal Eyes (All Too Hard) and her winning dam, Champagne Run, is out of Gr1 winner Bollinger (Dehere) making Champagne Run, a half-sister to group winners Friesan Fire (A P Indy) and Villermont (All Too Hard).
