To use a fashion analogy, when you shop at Cressfield it's like shopping at Harrods. You'll strut through luxury aisles and be swept away by the very latest in style. Diverse offerings. Items you just can't buy anywhere else. You'll look at your purchases when you get home and just smile.

Lot 288 is a case in point. He's the colt by one of the greatest horses to ever grace the planet in Frankel. One of only 3 in the entire catalogue. He's from Gr1 Matriarch Stakes winner STORMY LUCY, a first foal, and a huge chance. 

Just down the aisle you'll find 2 by dual Champion Australian Sire Fastnet Rock. Lot 177 is from Galileo mare PERSONIFY, a daughter of a seriously freakish producer in PROCRASTINATE. Think Champion South African Sprinter LAISSERFAIRE, A TIME FOR JULIA, TIME THIEF, FOREPLAY. This a terrific cross which has already produced Gr1 Australian Oaks winner UNFORGOTTEN, Belmont Man o' War Stakes winner ZHUKOVA, Epsom Oaks winner QUALIFY, Moyglare Stakes winner INTRICATELY and Gr1 Queensland Derby winner MAGICOOL. This particular filly is a half-sister to the stakes placed pair Selectify and Laser Flash. The second Fastnet is just as awesome. Lot 223 is from Gr1 Oakleigh Plate winner RIVER DOVE, dam of Gr2 Silver Slipper winner HEADWATER and stakes paced filly Fare Well. Just an outstanding family that looks redacted it has so much dark black ink on the page.

Next up is Lot 309, the Exceed and Excel colt from dual Gr2 winning sprinter THUMP. This is only her second foal and she's a 3/4 sister to Chester Manifold Stakes winner NOBLE RED. This is the athletic family of NOBELLOTTO.

Chronologically, the first lot in the Cressfield draft is 69. This is the colt by another top drawer commercial sire in Not A Single Doubt from Gr2 winning Stravinsky mare JEU DE CARTES. She's a half-sister to Gr1 Australian Derby winner NOM DE JEU. With one to race for one winner this looms as a colt with distance adaptability and scope. 

Speaking of Not A Single Doubt, Lot 262 is the half-sister to one of his recent stakes winners in GRANNY RED SHOES. By All Too Hard, this filly traces to the dominant STAR SATIRE branch which includes SATIN SHOES, SATIN SLIPPER, ZARZUELA, SERIOUS ATTIRE and SOUBRETTES. 

The trend continues with Lot 164. This is the filly by Gr1 producing sire Hinchinbrook from Champion Female Older Sprinter OUR EGYPTIAN RAINE. With 7 to race for 6 individual winners, this is a gilt edged opportunity to not only join the winners' circle but also have a terrific residual option in the paddock. This filly is a half-sister to Gr3 winner EGYPTIAN SYMBOL and Hong Kong Gr1 placed Strathmore. 

The penultimate Cressfield offering is Lot 172, by first crop yearling sire and Gr1 Blue Diamond Stakes winner Pride of Dubai from dual stakes winning producer Park Esteem. Just another lovely family from one of Australasia's best boutique farms. This filly is a half-sister to both GREAT ESTEEM and HIGH ESTEEM and features dual Gr1 winner CENTRAL PARK. Gr2 winner VELVET MOON, Champion UAE colt MOON BALLAD and Champion GB Older Male TELESCOPE.

Lot 349 is deliberately last as a show of respect for recently deceased triple Champion Sire Redoute's Choice – a goliath and breed shaper. This filly is by him and it's a family dripping in gold. Her dam Adelie is a sister to Gr2 Surround Stakes winner PORTILLO, dam of Gr2 Surround Stakes winner GHISONI. The dam is also a 3/4 sister to SNOW ALERT and a half-sister to Gr1 Galaxy winner SNOWLAND and multiple stakes winning sire SNIPPETSON. Families, like Cressfield drafts, just don't come much better than this.
