Champion Australian 3YO Colt 2017/18 season

By champion sire Snitzel, Trapeze Artist was the Champion 3YO Colt in Australia last season and has earned in excess of $5.5 million.

His Group 1 wins include a race record in the $2.5m WFA T.J Smith Stakes Gr1 (1200m),  a Randwick track record in the $1M WFA All Aged Stakes Gr1 (1400m), another Randwick track record in the $500k WFA Canterbury Stakes Gr1 (1300m). He also won the $1M Golden Rose Gr1 (1400m) by almost five lengths, defeating the likes of Merchant Navy, Pariah and Menari.

In 2018 Trapeze Artist became the Longines’ World’s Highest Rated Sprinter.
