The debut yearling draft for Aquis Farm consists of five colts and one filly. She, Lot 142, has huge residual value as a daughter of Sebring and stakes winner Danedina (Danehill Dancer). Danedina’s first foal is a city winner this season and is also by Sebring. This is a tough family that includes 16 race winner and stakes winner Aptego as well as stakes winner of 13 races Amarina.

Freshman sire All Too Hard has Lot 507, a colt out of stakes placed Pink Siris, dam of group-placed Echo Gal (Stratum). This is the family of Champion HK Stayer Liberator, winner of the HK-1 Standard Chartered Champions & Charter Cup.

The other boom freshman sire is Pierro, and Aquis present Lot 119, a colt first foal of an Encosta de Lago mare who is a half-sister to Gr3 Caulfield Classic winner Sacred Eye. This is the family of Champion Sires Flying Spur and Encosta de Lago as well as emerging top sire Holy Roman Emperor (sire of Mongolian Khan etc).

Lot 224 is a colt with a stallion’s pedigree. By recent Australian Racing Hall of Fame inductee Choisir from a three-quarter sister to Gr1 Del Mar Oaks winner Internallyflawless, this colt is from the international family of Gr1 winners Hector Protector, Bosra Sham, Shanghai, and Ciro.

A colt by Bel Esprit, Lot 900, is out of a half-sister to stakes-winner Rebel Call (Exceed and Excel). Her first two foals are winners including the promising Hellaroo (Casino Prince) who won on debut earlier this season. From the family of Champion Singapore 3YO Stepitup is Lot 987, a colt by All American from a city winning Rock of Gibraltar mare.
