Miracle of Life's High Profile Daughter Salutes

Tackling her fifth race day start, Godolphin's 3YO filly Jadida (Medaglia d'Oro-Miracles of Life, by Not A Single Doubt) resumed from a spell to break her maiden in impressive fashion, contesting Wednesday's Admire Mars At Arrowfield Handicap (1100m). Jockey Rachel King settled the filly back in the field after getting away from barrier seven of eight, before making her run leading into the home turn and showing a strong level of acceleration to chase down the leaders and score. Purchased by her owners from the Magic Millions draft of Coolmore Stud for $1 million, Jadida is the second foal, and first to race, out of the Gr1 Blue Diamond Stakes winning Not A Single Doubt mare Miracles Of Life, who was herself purchased by Stonestreet Stable for $900,000 as a broodmare proposition at the 2014 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale. Jadida's year older full-sister Miracles Forever, who is unraced, was exported to the USA in October 2019, while the current 2YO, a filly by US Triple Crown winner American Pharoah named Cleocatra has had one start to date for Peter and Paul Snowden.
