Haskell US$1 Million Bonanza Starting Point

In US racing news, the BetMakers Bonanza bonus for US$1 million will once again be sponsored by the BetMakers Technology Group. A horse has to win all three legs comprising the Gr1 Haskell Stakes, the Gr1 Travers Stakes and the Gr1 Breeders' Cup Classic in order to gain the bonus. The seven-figure bonus was won a year ago by Authentic (Into Mischief) when winning the Haskell Stakes, Breeders Cup, and the Kentucky Derby that was rescheduled from May to September 5. The Haskell Stakes will be run for a fifty-fourth time on Saturday, and will be a qualifier for the Breeders' Cup Classic. According to horseracingnation.com, the $1.25 million Travers is scheduled for August 28 at Saratoga, and the $6 million Breeders' Cup Classic on November 6 at Del Mar.
