Levendi Half-Sibling Set for Debut

Too Much Lippy (More Than Ready-Lipari, by Redoute's Choice) will make her debut today in Race 3 at Goulburn, the Goulburn Mulwaree Council 3YO Maiden Plate over 1200m. The 3YO carries an impeccable pedigree, being a half-sister to Gr1 Australian Derby winner Levendi (Pierro), multiple stakes-winning Group 3 winner Wu Gok (Sebring) – see below –  and Group 3 National Stakes winner Marcel from Madrid (Sepoy). She was sold by Twin Hills Stud at the 2019 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale to Strawberry Hill Stud for $550,000. Trained by Gerald Ryan and Sterling Alexiou, Too Much Lippy will be ridden by James Innes Jnr and will face a field of ten runners, including fellow debutant Valiant Lad (I Am Invincible-Adaline, by Court of Jewels) whose dam was a Group 2 winner in New Zealand where she finished runner-up in the Gr1 New Zealand Stakes at Ellerslie.
