Melbourne's leading rider Jamie Kah will head to Morphettville on Monday where she has a busy book of rides, reports racingsa.com.au. Kah will ride the Anthony and Sam Freedman-trained Starcaster (Dansili-Shirocco Star, by Shirocco) in the feature race, the Gr2 TAB Adelaide Cup, having ridden the imported gelding to two wins in his last two starts including the Listed Moonee Valley Night Cup over 2500m at his most recent outing. Kah has two rides for the Tony and Calvin McEvoy stable, being Listed CS Hayes Memorial Cup runner Over Exposure (Rothesay-Show a Princess, by Show a Heart) who won this race last year with Kah aboard, and Victoria Quay (Dundeel-Swan River, by Danehill Dancer) in the Morphettville Guineas. In the Listed Matrice Stakes, Kah will ride Night Raid (Vancouver-Raid, by Pins) for the Price/Kent stable, while she will also ride Seradess (Astern-Obsidian Dragon, by Hidden Dragon) for trainer Mark Kavanagh in the Cinderella Stakes. Seradess is unbeaten having won on debut at her only start. Local trainer Michael Hickmott has engaged Kah for promising filly Echoes in Eternity (Reward for Effort-Corinella, by High Chaparral) in the Furphy Handicap. Kah, who looked a match made in heaven for enigmatic star sprinter Nature Strip (Nicconi) in the recent Gr1 Black Caviar Lightning, has been in superb form this season and leads the Black Type Premiership Jockey race from James McDonald and Damien Oliver.
