    Wednesday, 17th February 2021

Trainer Symon Wilde will drop his impressive staying mare Tralee Rose (Tavistock-Star of Tralee, by Zabeel) back in trip for Saturday's Gr3 Lord Reims Stakes at Morphettville, reports racingsa.com.au. The 4YO mare won the Listed Bagot Handicap at Flemington over 2800m at her last start, and the Lord Reims runs over 2600m. Tralee Rose continues to improve, having won four of her past five starts, and running second in the other, while she was placed twice from four starts as a 3YO. Tralee Rose was a $50,000 purchase from the Cambridge Stud draft at the 2018 New Zealand Bloodstock Yearling Sale. Wilde also has The Mockingbird (Dissident-Ripping Nic, by Encosta de Lago) nominated for the Lord Reims, although she also holds nominations for lower grade mid-week races.
