Weekend Black Type Premiership Schedule

With fourteen Group and Listed races up for grabs this weekend across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, there’s a real compote of tracks involved – spread across no less than nine locations. Rosehill Gardens in Sydney hosts the most in Australia with three, including the big juvenile double-header over 1100m of the Widden Stakes and Canonbury Stakes. In New Zealand, meanwhile, there are three features at Wellington’s Trentham racetrack. The day’s feature event is the Gr1 Thorndon Mile which has drawn a superb field headed by champion Melody Belle.
