Miller Flirts with Options For Star Mare

Trainer Simon Miller told rwwa.com.au he had two options for star mare Flirtini (Artie Schiller-Ajaweed, by Hennessy) after her Listed Miss Andretti Stakes win on Saturday. Either he can run her in the Scenic Blast Stakes in a fortnight where she is likely to carry 60kg, or he can send her out for a short spell. "Will 60kg or 60.5kg pull her up?" Miller asked Tabradio rhetorically. "It's something I'm going to have to sit down this week and chat to Barry and Jan (McRostie) about. Whether we want to chance our arm at that weight or go out again and come back for a Northam Sprint or Roma Cup. Even the Marjorie Charleson at set weights and penalties.
