US Sales Companies Push Back Breeding Sales
Leviathan US sales companies Keeneland and Fasig-Tipton have made proactive moves by pushing their respective breeding stock sales back in November. A report by thoroughbreddailynews.com advises that the day delay has been implemented to accommodate the needs of buyers and sellers, many of whom will be attending the two-day Breeders' Cup meeting at Santa Anita in California which concludes on November 2, before making the nearly four-and-a-half hour flight to Kentucky for the start of what are always very big broodmare and weanling sales. The head honchos of Keeneland (Bill Thomason) and Fasig-Tipton (Boyd Browning) put a positive spin on the upside of their respective decisions.
