Honour And Glory Dead At 25

Former Gr1-winning Coolmore shuttler Honour And Glory has died at Haras Rapetti, near Canelones, Uruguay, at the age of 25, reports Blood Horse. Retired to Ashford Stud in 1997, Honour and Glory has hitherto sired 71 stakes winners, including Gr1 Breeder's Cup Juvenile Fillies winner Caressing. By Relaunch out of Fair To All (by Al Nasr), a half-sister to Gr1 winner and speed influence Ogygian, Honour And Glory shuttled for 12 seasons to Coolmore Australia where he sired Gr2 Light Fingers Stakes winner Only Glory, dual Gr3 winner Minson, and Listed winners Walk Alone, True Valour and How About That.
