Jimmy Creed Joins Spendthrift Australia
US Gr1 winner Jimmy Creed is the latest sire to join Spendthrift Australia's inaugural stallion roster, reports bloodstock.racingpost.com. The 6YO son of Distorted Humor will shuttle from Spendthrift Farm in Kentucky, and will join Warrior's Reward at the former Yallambee Stud in Victoria, which was recently purchased by Spendthrift principal B Wayne Hughes. "There hasn't been a faster Grade 1-winning son of Distorted Humor than Jimmy Creed, and definitely not many with his combination of looks and pedigree," Hughes said. "Jimmy Creed represents the complete package, and his first foals to arrive in America this year have been as good as any group we've seen by a first-year stallion. We believe Australian breeders are going to love him." Jimmy Creed is out of the Gr1-winning Citidancer mare Hookedonafeelin and is a half-brother to three-time Gr1 winner Pussycat Doll.
