Social Inclusion Sale Decision Imminent
Ron Sanchez, representing the connections of exciting US 3YO Social Inclusion (Pioneerof the Nile-Saint Bernadette, by Saint Ballado), says a decision regarding the colt's potential sale will be made this week, reports thoroughbreddailynews.com. Numerous big money offers have been made for Social Inclusion following his stunning 10-length win in an allowance race at Gulfstream Park last week. Among the vanquished that day was highly rated colt Honor Code who was made to look second rate by the winner's breathtaking performance which resulted in a new track record for 8.5 furlongs. "We will make a decision by Wednesday," Sanchez said. "My conditions are that I want to keep a piece of the horse and have Manny [Azpurua] keep training. We are going to keep 25 percent. We have so much respect for Manny and the job he has done for me." Azpurua said that Social Inclusion had pulled up well from his last run but that no decision had been made regarding his next start. "He came back in good shape," Azpurua said. "He's doing great and eating well and he's sound, that's the main thing. I want to go easy with him. He's a very good horse. He's intelligent... he knows what he's doing. I don't want to push him."
