BREAKING NEWS: Inglis $720,000 One World
Regally-bred mare One World (Lot 127) sold for $720,000 just before 3pm this afternoon to top the opening day of the 2013 Inglis Australian Easter Broodmare Sale, after being knocked down to New York's Solis Bloodstock. A daughter of breed-shaper Danehill, the Coolmore-consigned mare has a world-class pedigree, being out of a half-sister to multiple Gr1-winning deceased sire Royal Academy and the dam of champion sire Storm Cat. Winner of the Gr3 VRC Thoroughbred Stakes & Listed SAJC Fulham Park Plate, One World is the dam of Gr3 Blue Diamond Prelude (f) winner One Last Dance, and sold with a positive service to Darley sire Lonhro.
