Unbeaten multiple Gr1-winning Darley stallion Reset (Zabeel-Assertive Lass, by Zeditave) added a group success when 4YO mare Set For Fame (Reset-Northpoint, by Dehere) returned from a 16-weeks spell to score a 2-lengths victory in the $200,000 Gr2 Caulfield Sprint (1100m) at Caulfield. Set For Fame (ridden by Luke Nolen for trainer Peter Moody) defeated fellow 4YO mare Dubleanny (Dubleo-Uncanny Lady, by Canny Lad) & favoured 3YO gelding Soul (Commands-Marvilha, by Night Shift). Set For Fame (a $75,000 yearling at the 2008 Inglis Premier Sale in Melbourne) now has 5 wins (also including June's Gr2 Patinack Farm Dane Ripper Stakes over 1400m at Eagle Farm, February's Gr2 Angus Armanasco Stakes over 1400m at Caulfield & January's Listed Kevin Hayes Stakes over 1200m at Caulfield) & 3 runners-up (including March's Gr1 Crown Australian Guineas over 1600m at Flemington & 2009's Gr3 Thousand Guineas Prelude over 1400m at Caulfield) from 12 starts for $626,525 earnings.
