Vito Corleone Wins Chile Gr1 2000 Guineas

In Chile, favoured colt Vito Corleone (Monthir-Morgan Le Fay, by Edgy Diplomat) scored a 1.5-lengths victory in the Gr1 Premio Dos Mil Guineas-2000 Guineas (1st leg of the Hipodromo Chile Triple Crown) over 1600m for 3YO males at Hipodromo Chile. Vito Corleone (ridden by Hector Isaac Berrios for trainer Juan Pablo Baeza) defeated Gato De La Luna (Sir Cat-Luna Arabe, by Sadlers Congress) & Go Baby Go (Gracioso-Saturnal, by Seeker's Reward). Last month Vito Corleone also won Chile's Gr2 Gran Premio Criadores (1600m) by 6.5-lengths at Hipodrome Chile & overall now has 3 wins from 5 starts.
