US Gr1-Winning Sire War Chant Shuttle To Chile

US Gr1-winning 11-year-old stallion War Chant (Danzig-Hollywood Wildcat, by Kris S) will shuttle to Chile to stand at Haras De Pirque for the 2008 Southern Hemisphere breeding season, reported bloodhorse.com. War Chant (who won the 2000 Gr1 Breeders' Cup Mile) stands at Robert Clay's Three Chimneys Farm in Kentucky for US$20,000. This year War Chant's progeny have earned US$1.8 million (ranking him 3rd on the US leading turf sires list by progeny earnings). Overall he has sired 16 stakes-winners (plus 14 stakes-placed runners) & the earners of US$10.6 million.
