Fallon Trial Reaches 30th Day Of Evidence

Meanwhile in London's Old Bailey court overnight, the on-going race-fixing trial reached its 30th day of hearings. Among this week's highlights, the jury heard that "police believed" 6-time champion jockey Kieren Fallon and co-defendant Philip Sherkle "were using coded messaging in a conspiracy to defraud Betfair punters," reported racingpost.co.uk. However defence lawyers have accused police of failing to reveal all the evidence from their investigations to the defence.
