Purim To Stud At Richland Hills

US Gr1-winning 5YO stallion Purim (Dynaformer-Kirsteena, by Lord At War) "will stand for US$10,000 at Richland Hills Farm for the 2008 breeding season," reported thoroughbredtimes.com. Purim (who won this year's Gr1 Shadwell Turf Mile Stakes on October 6 at Keeneland prior to an unplaced finish in the Gr1 Breeders' Cup Mile on October 27) "will be the 1st Gr1-winning son of Dynaformer to stand in Kentucky". Purim (who is from the family of sires Dr Fager & Unbridled) will have 1 more start in either the Gr1 Hill n Dale Cigar Mile Handicap on November 22 at Aqueduct or Gr2 Clark Handicap on November 23 at Churchill Downs. To date he has won 3 of 8 starts this season & 9 from 22 overall for US$923,003 earnings. Also standing at Richland Hills in 2008 are 2nd-year sire Star Dabbler (winner of the 2006 Gr2 Indiana Derby) & 1st-year sire Storm Surge (winner of the 2005 Gr3 Lecomte Stakes); both will stand at US$7,500.
