Tatts Part-2 Day-2: $676,000 Inchinor Colt
Bloodstock agent John Corbett (seated with Dubai-based owner Malih Al Basti) out-bid both Blandford Bloodstock's Richard Brown & Shadwell Estates' Angus Gold to pay 260,000 guineas (A$676,000) for a colt by Inchinor (out of Listed-placed mare Tara's Girl). The colt (consigned from Arglo House Stud in Ireland) represented a massive pin-hooking success for his owners, having been purchased as a foal for only €62,000 (A$99,000). Al Basti currently has Gr2 May Hill Stakes winner & Gr1 Fillies' Mile 3rd-placed Nasheej in training with Richard Hannon.
